We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This includes:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
- Project Data: Onboarding flow configurations, component settings, and design assets you create within the platform.
- SDK Analytics: Anonymous usage data collected through the Onslide SDK, including flow views, page navigation events, and completion rates. This data is tied to a randomly generated device identifier, not personal information.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our dashboard, such as pages visited and features used.
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Process transactions and send related information.
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages.
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests.
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents and fraudulent transactions.
The Onslide SDK collects anonymous analytics events to help you understand how users interact with your onboarding flows. This includes:
- Events tracked: flow_started, page_viewed, flow_completed, flow_dismissed, deeplink_triggered, custom_action_triggered.
- Device identifier: A randomly generated UUID stored locally on the user's device. This is not linked to any personal information.
- No PII collection: The SDK does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information from end users.
Events are buffered on-device and sent in batches to minimize network usage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Analytics data collected through the SDK is only accessible to the project owner who integrated the SDK.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Access controls and authentication requirements.
- Secure API key authentication for SDK communication.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for 12 months by default, after which it is automatically aggregated and anonymized. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
